Yes, it's a free 15–30-minute call where we get to know each other, explore what you'd like to change or achieve, and see if we’re the right fit. There’s no pressure – just clarity, support, and next steps if we’re aligned.
Do I need to prepare anything before our first session?
No preparation is needed. Just come as you are with an open mind and a willingness to explore your goals and challenges. If anything specific is needed after our discovery call, we’ll guide you.
How do I choose the right consultant or coach for me?
