TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE AND SERVICE AGREEMENT

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “User”, “you”) and BeBlest Consulting (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using our website, programs, workshops, coaching services, content, or any related offerings (collectively, the “Services”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

BeBlest Consulting provides personal development, coaching, and wellness-related services, including but not limited to:

  • Mindset Reset Programs (self-paced and guided)

  • NLP-based coaching and practitioner certification programs

  • Fascial maneuvers and body-based practices

  • Online and in-person workshops and events

  • 1:1 coaching sessions and consultations

  • Educational content, digital materials, and resources.

 

All Services are provided for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only.

 

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

If you are under 18, you may only participate with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, particularly for any physical practices.

 

4. Health, Wellness & Coaching Disclaimer

Our Services do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

BeBlest Consulting is not a licensed medical or healthcare provider.

4.2 Coaching & NLP Disclaimer

Coaching and NLP services:

  • Are not therapy or counselling

  • Do not replace medical or psychological support

  • Are intended to support personal growth, awareness, and self-development.

 

4.3 Personal Responsibility

By participating in our Services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are fully responsible for your own wellbeing

  • You will seek professional advice where needed

  • You voluntarily engage in all practices.

 

4.4 Assumption of Risk

You understand that practices such as:

  • Fascial maneuvers

  • Breathwork

  • Emotional release or mindset techniques

may involve physical or emotional responses.

You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or outcomes.

 

4.5 No Guaranteed Results

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes.

Results vary from person to person, and testimonials are not indicative of future results.

5. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

5.1 Fees

All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise specified and may be updated at any time.

 

5.2 Payments

By purchasing any Service, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

 

5.3 Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Digital products, programs, and coaching sessions are non-refundable

  • Workshops and events may have specific cancellation terms provided at purchase.

 

Refunds, if any, are granted at our sole discretion.

 

5.4 Discounts, Promotions & Offers

From time to time, BeBlest Consulting may offer discounts, promotional pricing, or limited-time offers.

  • Promotions cannot be applied retroactively

  • Only one offer may be used per purchase unless stated otherwise

  • Promotions may have specific conditions communicated at the time

  • We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time

  • Discounted purchases may be subject to different or no refund terms.

  • Group environments cannot guarantee confidentiality from other participants

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Personal injury or emotional distress

  • Loss of income, business, or data arising from your use of our Services.

 

Your participation is entirely at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeBlest Consulting from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from:

  • Your use of the Services
