I’m Rodica, Licensed Master NLP Practitioner and Licensed Trainer, certified through The Society of NLP™ under Dr. Richard Bandler, co-creator of NLP.

With over 20 years of experience in business, leadership, and personal transformation, I bring a practical, structured, and results-oriented approach to this training.

In this certification, you won’t just learn NLP techniques – you will learn how to apply them with precision, integrity, and real impact in your own life and professional work.

In addition to delivering Licensed NLP Certifications, I facilitate individual personal change sessions and lead my group Mindset Reset programs and events, helping professionals and leaders break through limitations, elevate identity, and create aligned, sustainable success. I also work with entrepreneurs and organisations through strategic consulting and transformational coaching to strengthen performance and leadership effectiveness.

Location

The venue Fadó Irish Pub - Irská hospoda is located in the heart of the historic town of Rokycany, surrounded by charming architecture and within easy walking distance of local cafés, shops, and key landmarks.

Rokycany is a charming historic town in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic, known for its picturesque setting and relaxed atmosphere. It is located approximately 18 km east of Plzeň and about 80 km southwest of Prague.

From Václav Havel International Airport Prague, Rokycany can be reached in about 1 hour by car, or around 1.5 hours by public transport (airport transfer to Prague main station, then direct train to Rokycany).
